It's another beautiful Tuesday and it's about time for the #ttt initiated by 
Today, I will be sharing songs from an African Legend who just passed away about a week ago.
Onyeka Onwenu, the woman who made my childhood memorable with her beautiful songs and presence in some movies.
She is a very beautiful woman who aged gracefully, she hailed from IMO state, an eastern part of Nigeria and she showcased her beautiful culture and dialect through her songs.
I was surfing through the internet about last week when the news of her demise popped up and it broke my heart.
It is true that I do not know her in person, but she left her footprint through her music, so I have something to hold on to.
Onyeka Onwenu died at the age of 72 years and she died doing something she loves which was performing her music.
News had it that after performing, she just slumped and before she could be rushed to the hospital, she gave up the ghost.
Here is one of my favorite song from Onyeka Onwenu.. one love, this sing preached unity. Onyeka Onwenu advocates through her music, she is an activist and a philanthropist.
This beautiful ma'am stayed classy until her last breath, and I admire her vigor a lot.
This song brings back my childhood memories, as it was played in one of the movie she was featured, Conspiracy , she acted the role of a mad woman named Grace who had twins and then the twins were taken away from her but after years the kids reunited with their mom and I can vividly remember this song as the soundtrack of that movie.
This is a timeless song, that has stood the test of time, I have heard this song played in recent times even before her demise.
It is a petition to God to hear the cry of the lowly ones, Bia Nulu means come and hear, I have heard many people sing this song as a way of comforting themselves that all will be fine.
Even though her death came as a shock I know all will be fine, at least she left a legacy that we all can hold on to which has taught me to live a meaningful life that's very impactful.
