So some people are really starting to play with eth value.. dumping at $13!!
For sure they did this to drop the price to enable them to pickup some cheap eth.
My theory is they set a buy order at $13.. then sold a small percentage of ETH at $13 (effectively selling to themselves).. this triggered a dump and then they picked up some discounted eth.
