I had the opportunity to capture the photograph of this beautiful plant species belonging to the genus Heliconia, known in the area where I live South of Lake Maracaibo Venezuela with the name of platanillo, this plant emits that beautiful flower that you can see in the photograph, they adorn the tropical ecosystem since, it has an explosion of colors and a very particular shape.

The photographs were taken at the beginning of the week, in an agricultural area of the region where I live, Colón Municipality, Santa Bárbara de Zulia.
