The producers have a kind of blockade for lack of information and they cling to other methods, it is something cultural so to speak. When we started with the electric fence to delimit the forage areas, many producers in my country refused to use them, but then, they were educated about it and settled in several farms with some trials and began to massify said method.

Education plays a determining factor and agrarian universities have the responsibility through the extension of socializing the research carried out by their researchers and not cloistered in libraries.
