Here im brazil we do that kind of pizza with sliced bread for decades, haha, we call it "low budget pizza", and being a pizza, you can top it with almost anything, just use your imagination. But i´ve never heard or thought about adding the eggs on the mix, I´ll try it someday for sure.

and btw, by saying you can use your imagination I really mean it, here in brazil we have all you can eat pizza´s restaurants that server: strogonoff pizza, hot dog pizza, brazilian bbq pizza, chocolate with strawberries pizza, cheese and guava candy piza. sushi pizz, sea food pizza( of all sorts), and so on.
We also say here that " there is no food in the world that a brazilian cant change"
