Satellite Call | Monomad Mondays

"We have time for a shot."

That might be @hobotang's motto. On our way to work, we made a detour to the donut + coffee shop up the hill and noticed this satellite yard just beyond the parking lot.

Cameras ready, we popped out for a quick capture. We developed these rolls weeks later, such that I had forgotten we stopped for this shot!

Spontaneity makes for interesting photos, to say the least.

If you're not familiar with Sara Bareilles (and even if you are), enjoy the song below. This photo brought this song to mind, literally and figuratively.

Hi, I'm Amelia! It's nice to meet you.

I'm a writer, minimalist, tiny home dweller, and maker living in East Tennessee, USA. You might have found me through the Ladies of Steemit curation initiative, showcasing the female voices on the Steemit platform. Let's hang out on the blockchain and see where it takes us.
