I like your post. considering you're new this is very indepth. some of the data in the table showing ROI of plots yearly are abit skewed in that most of those swaphive prices are crazy and most persons

Nice read. Well done man. I think intially seed drops were daily. Then the formula was introduced for seeds happening when occupied plots are less than 5000. Like you I prefer the latest mota stake/ seed

Really good strategy man. Getting seeds from the buds market is a better option. I still keep my eyes peeled for bargains in the swap.hive market (havnt seen any in a while tho). An African plot for 0.05/3
