It's crazy how our phones can still be tracked even if they're turned off. With geofencing warrants and stingray technology, this adds another layer to the problem of cell towers and 5g small cells being built everywhere. And I feel like most people (aka those who are fine conforming with the status quo) who aren't activists or have "something to hide" won't see any of this as a big deal.
