Instagram can be a good resource! Specifically if you're consistent with posting, using the right tags and following the right people, and if you can get other authors to share your page on their story, feed, etc. Also, using your page to post tips or tools on becoming a better writer will help you generate attention. I would say this might be the same for any other social media platform but definitely Instagram. I started a few Insta accounts for various organizations. If you're interested, I can share some more thoughts on this.
