This passing year, what I'm seeing is that you got authentically real with some heavy things, like Navigating Dystopia and the podcast. Not to mention the cluster headaches and crypto world challenges you had to endure. Yet you also got creative and imaginative, with dancing for the first time in a while, completing your amazing writing objective and even doing a surprise oil painting after not painting for a long time :) I also respect how you're calling in more curiosity about the resistance to asking for help and your general distrust in things. Those are not light things.
It sounds like you've got some clear insight about yourself yet not many answers about them, which feels like the sweet spot of creative living. May the composting of this passing year's heaviness bring about all the right types of change needed for you to feel increasingly satisfied with yourself and your life.
