Thanks Mark. The music was irresistibly good! I also feel like my joy and fun is more authentic when I can also face and be in my struggles. I used to use fun as a distraction but now I see it as a way to be fully present to the wide range of my own humanity as long as I open up to the other parts of me as well. As above so below.
