The Philippine Tarsies(Tarsius Syrichta or Carlito Syrichta) a very peculiar small animal.Infact it is one of the smallest known primates,no longer than adult.
In Bohol the Philippine Tarsier was common sight in southern part of island until the 1960s since then,the number has dropped to ground 700:

Is the Tarsier a mammal?.
"The bones are known as the Tarsals.
which is where the Tarsier gets its name .The Tarsier is one of the most unique primates on the planet and they are also known to have longest eyes of any mammal in relation to their body size(each eye is actually heavier than its brain)
Is The Tarsier endangered species?
" the majority of the Tarsier species are now endangered or threatened,and some are designated critically endangered threats include habitat destruction and fragmentation,hunting,agricultural pollutants and human disturbance Tarsiers are very shy animals that prefer to stay away from human contact.

How many Philippine Tarsier are left in the world?
