  1. Read faster and better
Obviously, one of the best ways to increase your intelligence is to read more! You can read faster (and thus acquire more knowledge) by bringing your language mechanism out of its balance. So, give something mouth to do, like eating, humping, or chewing gum to get through it quickly. Then, take a moment to absorb and compare what you have read to keep it in your memory.
Whether you are reading "War and Peace" or just a random Wikipedia page, you will be surprised to learn that you have learned so much from not only reading fast, but also effectively reading.
  2. Speak loudly (with expressions)
The more you contribute to a conversation, a meeting, or other kinds of presentations, the smarter you'll be. Even if you have to acknowledge ignorance or need to ask questions, it will be better than you keep silent - you can really learn much in the process.
Expressing your opinion is the key: you can increase your credibility by making sure you speak with an excited tone. Change altitude and volume when needed, and try to minimize the number of pauses when you speak. A little confidence is also of great value.
  3. Do not become a victim of lies
When someone is trying to convince you, they often resort to seemingly senseless words that appeal to your emotions or other ways. Learn the most common ways to lie so you can spot them instantly. Knowing about them, you will also be able to avoid similar mistakes for yourself, which can sometimes seriously affect your reputation if someone finds you dishonest.
  4. Focus on what you know
Participating in a lively discussion with your friends will also be a time to embarrass yourself with some of the gaps in your knowledge. You can admit when you do not know something, but if you are feeling too embarrassed and do not want to lose your smart appearance, the advice is to emphasize what you know.
If you are in a debate, do not put too much emphasis on dissent, instead focus on the same points - that way you will not slip into something you do not know. You are emphasizing the parts you know while still participating in the discussion. See more intelligent know-how
  5. Exercise
A strong mind is only in a healthy body. So, alternating reading and expanding your knowledge, make sure that you are living a physically healthy life. Means to eat properly and exercise regularly.
A number of studies have identified the link between regular exercise and intellectual ability, capacity and creativity. Spending the day at the gym will make you smarter? Not necessarily, but sitting all day will not only kill you, but also interfere with the development of the brain as great as its inherent nature.
  6. Talk to yourself
While masturbating with yourself is often seen as a mental illness, a recent study shows that talking to yourself can help you increase your awareness when trying to find something. there.
The theory behind this: When you give a word to a job you are doing, you will focus better on the job at any given time. So, when you feel the need to open your mouth, do not be afraid, because it can help you get things done faster.
  7. Learn a second language
People who know a second or third language are generally considered smarter than others, studies show that it can really make you smarter. If you know a second language, you can better adapt and switch between mental tasks than those who only know one language.
So if you want to give your brain a real boost, learning a new language is a very practical and useful way! This is not really hard if you are determined and want to be smarter.
  8. Doing things the hard way
Technology really makes our lives easier, but sometimes it's better to deal with the hard way. GPS navigation, for example, is great when you can never get lost, but if you depend too much, you will never really understand everything in its original way.
Instead, gradually abandon your GPS dependency and explore the city's roads, develop directionality, and use your brain to find your way. Doing everything in a difficult way can keep your brain sharp, so do not hesitate, try once giving up the easy way to do what you want.
