Irrespective of interest, psychopaths will do anything They can get away with, including breaking the Laws, to get the most.  Murder, torture, steal, sabotage, defraud.  Things most of Us would stop short of.

Ergo, psychopaths will wind up on the top of any moneyed system.  They then can buy things and People to Their agendas.  And They surely will.

Clinging to the idea that We must account for Our energy added into a system is clinging to psychopaths controlling the world.  It enslaves Us, having to find some way to plug Our energy in to get the energy accounting tokens (EAT) to manage to eat.  The tokens used as proof We added Our energy into the system.

Given We now have access to the vast abundance of Our planet, and that We can automate any needed work no One wants to do, and that most (80% and more) of Us do nothing more that move money around...

We can obsolete that tool and free Humanity to fulfill Our potential, creating as We love to do.  Keeping Us chained to a system run by psychopaths seems a very poor choice when We can put down that very dangerous and archaic tool.

I know You are in love with accounting for Your energy added.  I do not grasp why, but I will say, as long as We perforce must prove energy input when We have free energy tech, We are keeping Humanity down.  Wasting many lives keeping the money flowing.

Maintaining poverty when there is enough for all of Us 1,000 times over.
