My take?  About 98% probability that it's the third (and least palatable) option.  Each of the other options take the remaining 2%.  Given We have psychopaths in control, who want to control Us all 100%, and would gladly cull Us to numbers They can easily handle, the deliberate introduction of 5G as a weapon would explain what I see.  And this is all the more reason We might just want to share awareness of a solution.  In fact...  I suggest it is vital that We do so.

And of course...  That is what My work on Our planet is all about, sharing a blueprint We could build that, rather than promoting psychopaths to power (as money and top-down controlmind - government - systems do), promotes the caring Ones to take care of things.  That would end widespread power over Others in favor of autonomous power over Self.  I pay all helpers in deep gratitude, appreciation, thanks, and love.
