Psychopathy is a blanket term for narcissism, sociopathy, "machiavellianism," sadism...

Because psychopaths have no caring, compassion, love, or empathy for Others, They emerge as narcissists, sociopaths, machiavellians, sadists, and other such ghastly things.

That is why I call the Ones in control "psychopaths," because all They do, however They do it, is psychopathic.
