You don't see that:

1.  We don't need everyOne to work - at most 10% will be required, and those will be creative jobs; We will have plenty of People who will want that work for the reputation, the thanks, the lauds, and other social currencies
2.  People in jobs They are bored with or hate will not be motivated to work
3.  EveryOne will live "high on the hog" - unless They want to live otherwise, in which case, that's how They will live
4.  We need problem-solvers and creatives, not "workers"
