It is not the "vote" that puts psychopaths in controlmind positions.  They own the for-profit corporation and appoint Their officers.  but indeed, when We remove the psychopaths We see, other psychopaths will move in, with money as Their tool to power.

And it does not matter what form the energy accounting is in, money will always promote psychopaths to power.  So I don't grasp why You wish to retain the energy accounting (money, the single tool the psychopaths have to power; it buys all the rest They use, the things and the People).

I would rather get the free energy technologies out of black projects and make accounting for Our energy added into a system pointless.
