LOL! I ponder who is "ignorant." Never mind "germ theory" is still an unproven theory (oh, You didn't know? Being not ignorant would tell You it is yet unproven), or that the theory has offered a fear-control mechanism, and made billions upon billions for Big Pharma, or that the control of Humans through nanotech, easily injected, is a problem We face. Never mind that psychopaths who lust after control over Others are in charge here on Our planet, and would surely love to have control over all of Humanity. Yes...
