(34.13)Pathakkot moved to Kathua case
Due to the fear that the trial in Kathua or Jmu would never be neutral, the father of the tormented child in Kathua was informed that the decision to remove the case in the VIN state was never expected. Today the Supreme Court has ordered the removal of the case from J & K to the governing council of Punjab.
