Today I will show you the postcard I drew yesterday. It is very simple to perform ... and the technique is more like a coloring than a full-color watercolor work. But there is a plus: even a child can do this work! Experience is not required)
I start with a sketch: I draw an approximate mug, which is at home. The main thing is that it should be symmetrical and not catch your eye. Although even if with the construction will not be very good and well done - it's nothing to worry about.
For work, I chose 4 colors: scarlet, prussian blue, cadmium yellow and sepia. A green shade will be obtained by mixing yellow and blue.
Step by step I paint the picture without taking light and shadow into account. In this work, I do not need them.
On the postcard, I wrote: "С НОВЫМ ГОДОМ!" What can be translated as "Happy New Year!"
This is a postcard for my friend, who with her child will come to visit us on New Year's holidays. And the gift itself will be supplemented with a toy for the child, a building kit for children of two years. It differs in large details and is safe for playing.
