Does anybody else think he sounded a little scared? No, he's not. No, I know. I know his voice.
And I know it Medicaid. His district is in the top 20 districts that would be impacted. And to give you, in retrospect, perspective on this, I looked up to see where my district would fall in, if I were still there.
My district on the impact list of all districts in the country falls in number 419. Like, it would be practically unimpacted because there's no people in in the lifeline category there in masses. So his district, your district, has some low income areas to it.
And therefore, he's in the top tier impacted districts. And he's also in a very difficult swing seat, which is technically a Democrat seat, but he's the only one that manages to keep winning it because of his brother. He lives on off of former congressman, who is his brother, who passed away.
So people don't understand the dynamic in that district. And I'm sure you do, Vinny. But he's as good as you'll ever get because after Fitzpatrick goes, it's a Democrat.
Yeah, he's he's just always seems to be stuck in these vital points and never goes a Trump. It's so frustrating. Fitzpatrick, in a nutshell for you, I got into a couple of disagreements with him because of stuff like this before.
And I don't think he'll ever change. I can't believe it. We have 1200 people in here and 110 reposts.
Obviously, there's a lot of people who care about this bill. Do me a favor, you guys. Bottom right corner, repost the space.
Quote post tag Elon in your quote post, even. I want to see Elon come in here and shit all over this bill. That would be interesting.
Kind of spice things up. I need some energy. It is almost midnight here.
And Speaker Johnson, we just heard Speaker Johnson. They're preparing for a long night, right? He said that people are not going home. He told his staff they're not going home.
Hanson, is it typical to let members of Congress leave to go deal with quote unquote family matters during these votes? He's being kind. Let me tell you something. Nobody tells a member of Congress what to do.
OK, I'll give you a great example. When Kevin McCarthy votes, wanted us to vote for the debt, the debt ceiling suspension, I voted against that. If you look at the screen right now, if anybody's looking at the screen of C-SPAM or whatever you're seeing, you're seeing the House floor on your screen.
