First Flag Ceremony for School Year 2018-2019

As the classes in public school opened..The first flag ceremony for this school year is a remarkable one. We value flag ceremony because it certifies being a Filipino who loves and patriot his beloved country, the Philippines. We raise our flag while singing the national hymn, Lupang Hinirang composed by Julian Felipe which goes like this,

LUPANG HINIRANG

"Bayang Magiliw
Perlas ng Silanganan
Alab ng Puso
Sa dibdib mo'y buhay

Lupang hinirang
Duyan ka ng magiting
Sa manlulupig
Di ka pasisiil

Sa dagat at bundok
Sa simoy at
Sa langit mong bughaw
may dilag ang tula at awit sa paglayang minamahal
ang kislap ng watawat mo'y tagumpay na nagniningning
ang bituin at araw na kailan pa may di mag didilim

lupa ng araw ng luwalhati't pagsinta
buhay ay langit sa piling mo
aming ligaya na 'pag may may mag-aapi
ang mamatay ng dahil sa yo."
