Worth it! Spent the afternoon at the beach with my mom. Surpassed many of my pain tresholds if you look at my step count, but it was worth it. Starting to notice difference in my pain levels since starting

Walking on a search to houses - although most of my steps today were spend on traveling, and the rest of the exploring was done on scooter :-) Pain levels are okay now, so 5000 steps was okay today. 5023
