A lot of times, while driving, my elderly mother will read the signs out loud as we pass them. The other day, we were waiting at a major intersection near our house and she started reading the signs. When she read, "Little Tony's", I looked because we were stopped at a light. At first, my brain couldn't process what I saw. The sign now reads, "Little Toni's".
Please keep in mind that this sign is weather-worn. An old red sign that was probably erected over 40 years ago. Faded paint and all.
It's an Italian restaurant, which I had always believed was part of a family business. I always assumed that there was an Anthony's Pizza somewhere in the neighborhood and this was his son's place... Well, maybe in this timeline, his daughter's.
