In the last few years it has become darker and darker around Battlefield, due to bad marketing and extreme problems in the game, the Battlefield series became more and more unpopular.
No one was really happy with the last three Battlefield parts.
Especially the problem with the cheaters who are not banned, because once again it was not considered important to maintain his anticheat has almost killed the last parts after a good year.
In Battlefield 4, for example, the community has built its own anticheat which works much better and keeps the servers free of cheaters.
But now they're trying to revive the Battlefield series and the trailers are fantastic, but they're just trailers, the only reason I'm putting my hope into the new Battlefield is that DICE LA is back in the game. DICE LA saved Battlefield 4 and made it playable with countless bug fixes.
The question I ask myself is are the same people still working there as back then?
Probably not...
When I look at the trailers, I still have a strange feeling, but the shock of the last parts seems to be not so deep in the community, it seems like two good trailers would be enough to make up for everything.
