You claim:

I watched the entire video on thehighwire that you referenced and that is false (despite the fact that the video's headline makes a very similar claim). Because this is a serious misrepresentation of Mr. Malone's position from what I have been able to read and hear so far, I am downvoting this post. If you can find a portion of the video and respond with a timepoint where he actually states that position, I'll remove the downvote.
