Coincheck Refunding Stolen NEM and Tether USDT Fires Auditing Firm

Some emerging news today in the cryptosphere as Japanese Crypto Exchange Coincheck has announced that they will be refunding customers who had more than $500 million in NEM stolen just yesterday. In other news Tether (USDT) has announced that it has fired the auditing firm that was hired to prove the company's financial statements were solid. Tether cited that they were not satisfied with the methodology or speed at which Friedman LLP was executing the Tether Audit.
