When you're not driver, you are allowed read traffic signs any way you want.

Oh my, I'll see deer at 4000 meters, right?
And the snowfall begins in 40?

When I was walking down the road to see if I could spot any living creatures, it started to feel like that. The wind is now slapping everyone who didn't dress properly because the branches are bare and there is no longer any shelter on the already too flat plain.

That sometimes bothers me, that plane.

Canal, a haven for wildlife during the winter.

Look at how flat it is. It almost seems like the eye is unable to concentrate on anything. If this keeps up, I'm worried I won't have anything to photograph outside for a while.

Calling for snow!

The good side of the plain is that you can see the neighboring country, but zero bunnies. Legend says you have to get up around 5 am and be out around 6 am in order to catch them up.

Left(l)overs.

Mother nature preserved, aside from the fact that the surrounding treetops are mostly populated with cuckoo nests, I hope that some other birds will enjoy the sweet nectar of the remaining fruits.

We're still walking after more than 4000 meters, and there's no sign of a deer.

I'm not concerned because, sparrows always move in groups and are entertaining to watch when they don't see you.
Otherwise - sweep. They are almost invisible during the vibrant days of vegetation; they are actually tucked into the canopy and the only thing that gives them away is constant chirping.

And there is a legend about them, moreover their movement. Why do sparrows jump instead of walk?

According to legend, sparrows are the devil's birds because they betrayed Christ by chirping while he was hiding, brought nails to the Roman executioners who crucified him, and even stole food from the poor.

We had a serious discussion about "what is this called in your region."
Even tho, we are coming from same country, not so big one.
Sloe, wild plum, one thing we both agreed about - it can be turned into brandy. Also for jam, tea, juices, just never consume them raw.

Anyway, the photo was made because of the moss.

These two were vocal about my paparazzo abilities. And all I was doing was trying to aim through the wire, that's how quiet the area was that morning.

Not deer, but goose and I don't have to get up at 5 am to hang out.
