Running with cargo, I moved past Sam's artificial rain boundary and tested an assault rifle. After posing for a thumbnail shot, I accidentally triggered a MULE radar sensor which leaded to a weighted combat encounter. I used my rifle during a blurry firefight, looted a postbox before heading toward an incoming sandstorm.
When I started running ahead, carrying the cargos on my back, suddenly the channeled rain stopped. I understood, it was actually the artificial rain that Sam set up around his home base.
Well, on my way, I found this chiral energy, which was my first take in this installment. This one was big and it brought back memories from the previous installment right away. I collected it so I can use it later if I need to.
I was suggested by the game to check my weapons, so I equipped this assault rifle and shot some blank rounds to check it out, monitoring the recoil and muzzle velocity before heading into hostile territory.
I kept moving ahead, and when I got close to this area that was being patrolled by enemies, Sam stopped there and noticed there were MULEs patrolling around, with their yellow sensory pings lighting up around.
When the cinematic part ended, I stopped there to try a special photograph for the thumbnail of this post, and I tweaked the photo mode of the game to make Sam look at the camera while pointing his hand toward the MULE camp, that framed a perfect contrast between casual confidence and imminent danger.
I decided to walk around the camp, avoiding those enemies, but suddenly, I set foot inside their radars, so I had to run fast while I noticed one of the MULEs was chasing me. His high-speed run kicked up dust directly behind my position.
After moving ahead a little, I was stopped by that MULE as he was faster than me, as he didn't have weight like mine on his back. And when I was fighting him, there came another one, forcing me to quickly drop into a defensive stance to counter both attackers.
As there came more of them, I used my rifle this time to shoot them. And I noticed when I shoot them using my rifle, the game's screen gets blurry, which is an in-game function but I really didn't like it. Bad for photography.
When I started exploring around this area, suddenly I noticed there was a sandstorm coming to this way. And I still didn't know the consequences of those sandstorms.
I noticed there was this MULE postbox that I hacked and I grabbed some supplies from there that I really needed before heading out toward the sandstorm.
Which shot was your favorite from today's set? Let me know in the comments. Until the next frame drops, keep exploring. Alpha Gamer, out.
