The Metaphor of the financial markets really resonated, being a trader myself. Last week, it was easy to find trading opportunities in the markets and the profits were significant. But this week, because the markets are almost all bearish, there are but few opportunities, and it's mostly losses. That's an effective way to describe the journey of life.

One moment the sun is shinning down brightly, the next, the storm clouds are gathering. I have learnt that acquiring the ability to tackle the challenges that life brings is one of the major things we need to survive in life. And I try to build that ability in myself every day.
