I've seen an increasing number of posts and videos stating clearly that there's no AI content in them.

At present, AI creative writing still has an "uncanny valley" feel to it. It's getting better, but so far it all feels very formulaic, and the storylines tend to throw up inconsistencies and subtle differences to the real world. I am, however, deeply concerned that a lot of people default to using things like OneDrive, AWS or Google Drive to store their drafts, and that means AI's are getting trained on things that haven't even been published yet. How long before a human author has a book taken down or gets sued because a Google, Amazon or Microsoft AI published their hard work before they did ?

To me AI can be a useful research tool, and can produce cover art if a new author can't afford a real human artist yet, but the AI should never ever get involved in the actual writing or editing process.
