The last thing I made that I actually completed was a pair of Napoleonic French gaiters for re-enactment. They look simple, but there's a surprising amount goes on to make them fit properly and last under strain.

I'm hoping this week to finally finish a new habit-longue - it's been an on/off six month project, and after waiting for brass regimental buttons to arrive, now they are sewn on I've just got the shoulder straps and lining to do. I've mostly forgotten to take photos, though !
