Hi Cg - thanks for the feedback ! I definitely appreciate it, and don't take any of it personally (it helps that you are gently with your critique !)

Most of what I write is incredibly dry technical stuff; product data, customer service emails, operations manuals, compliance documents etc. I rarely get the chance to do proper creative writing, so I know I've got a huge amount to learn.

Reading what others do in this community (and the critiques of it) will hopefully give me a few more pointers :)
