I have been thinking to start saving HBD for quite some time but it was just not happening. Hpd is not a new thing for me and I am very well aware that it provides an option to earn 20% apr if deposited in savings. Needless to say that it is one of the best options available in the crypto-space as of now where valuable does not fluctuate because of the stablecoin. 20% is something that everyone wants to do and it is really very good. It's not that I did not want to do it but sometimes things just do not go through and I think the same thing happened to me. I have been thinking to start it for the last couple of months but now finally I have started doing it.
I have been posting with the 100% power-up option for the last 2 months proximately so my earnings in form of hbd are very low. I did it because the price for the hive was low and I think it is a good opportunity to accumulate more hive coins in the price is low. It is better to get the entire post payout in form of HP instead of 50/50 and I do it often whenever I see that price is low.
I have started saving HBD for the last two weeks and my plan is to grow it further. Whatever hbd I earn now will be deposited in saving and the same as I have been doing for the last few days. This will be my strategy to grow my hbd holding and as of now, I am not sure what stake I want to achieve. I will think about it for sure but I think for now it is good to reach the first 500 HD and then move 1000 in total. I know that it is not easy but if I start then for sure I will move closer to the goal and ultimately things will be moving forward.
We can earn a decent APR with hbd but I believe there has to be a balance between HP and hbd because price appreciation we can only get with Hive and not with hbd and I am not considering any price pump that happens sometimes. In a rough calculation if we save 10k hbd in our wallet then we can easily or 2000 in a year. This amount is not small because if you divide it by 12 months then it is going to be approximately 166 HBD in a month. This is not a very big amount but also not a small amount that we can ignore. Let's see when I can achieve this milestone but to start and reach my 1000 hbd milestone is the next goal that I am going to target.
I converted some hive to HBD during the recent price pump and whenever I see this kind of opportunity then will be doing it again. Conversion between hive to HBD and vice-versa is also helpful to grow our holding. I hope by end of this year my holding for hbd will be a good or and this should be generating a decent amount of passive income for me. I follow multiple goals on this platform and from now onwards HBD is added to the list of my goals. Let's see how far I can go on my goal to achieve and grow it.
