Hey Game Lovers
The season just got over today and another one started as well. This is an ongoing cycle that one ends and starts another but with each ending season we get rewards card based on our lease and that is worth something makes us feel good and I always wait for the day when I get reward cards from splinterlands. I ended up the last season with gold level and got the cards in the world and one of the cars that I got is from legendary.
This is the legendary card (Zalran Efreet) that I received this season this one is so powerful card in fire splinters team.
Next season has started and my league is reset to silver and now is the time when I need to play more battles to take the league up. Last 3 seasons I ended with the Gold league but this time I aim to enter the diamond one.
This is my player profile and me stand-in the silver league and the current rating is 1571. I crossed over the 2.2k battle mark. In the last 10 days, I played a lot which I never could before since Dec month when I joined 
As I mentioned that this season I am trying to make it the diamond league since I would have more time to play but time is not everything that works and having the powerful cards is also important.
Since I keep on buying cards and this week I added these two cards. Both are nice and powerful card and I am sharing bit information here so if you like you can also buy the same. It cost 4 mana to have in the team so having it in earth team in all the battle is easy.
This is an EPIC card from earth splinters in Reward edition. I got to know about this card through a few of the battles and liked the way it performed.
Prismatic Energy is a Rare card from Neutral splinters team and one of the fantastic cards that cost 8 mana but its surely worth it because it hits amazingly. In most of thee cases whichever card hits, it hits back to the same and this is a fantastic ability of this card. I prefer to use it at either front or at the end to get the best of its outcome.
Hive is 10 days old and things seem to be stable and with this stability, the splinterlands team has moved forward with its integration on their platform. Here is the official post made by the team - Splinterlands Now Accepts HIVE & HBD Payments
Splinterlands now accepts HIVE and HBD tokens for payments, the game is still currently using the Steem blockchain as the chain of record for all in-game transactions. As we mentioned in the above post, we are still evaluating options and will ultimately do whatever is in the best interest of the players and stakeholders.

This is the page where I checked to see if I can buy cards using HIVE but as of now its not added and as you can see that DEC, STEEM, and DEC options are available. Since the team is keeping an eye on the HIVE movement and hope this would be available soon.
Though buying cards through HIVE is not enabled yet but there another way that can be used to buy cards using HIVE if inc case you don't have STEEM. You need to add credits using HIVE or HBD as shown on the below snapshot. There are various token payment options are available for payment and once credits are added then cards can be bought using these credits. So until the direct payment option, I provided this is also an easy way to make the card payment through HIVE and HBD.
A lot is going on in the world because of COVID-19 and it has affected people's lives worse. I am locked down for the last 10 days but that's the best we all need to do in this time of the pandemic. I am trying as much as possible to stay at home and go outside only when its extremely necessary to buy things and groceries etc.
I could not check out any other game because the spare time I use more on my learning side. Nowadays I am learning advance excel so I prefer more time to spend on that and I need a break then I play some battles to make myself entertained. This will continue for another 2 weeks as the lockdown will continue till 14th April. I am trying to use this time properly and learn some useful and nice formulas in excel.
