Every city should have a place with an incredible view. It can be a mountain, a restaurant, an observation deck. In Lviv, in the center of Samisinka, there is an Institution, on which there is an observation deck. The view from it opens directly to the town hall of the city center, dozens of ancient temples and churches are also visible.
