First congratulations on six years. There's a lot here to think through.
The largest challenge of onboarding seems to be incrementally increasing complexity. Simple interfaces with some layer two token may be better. Ecency gets a lot right with their mobile app and points system.
I suspect most new users will come to Hive through mobile apps.
In 2025 I'm going on a broad tour of all the communities, tribes, outposts, nooks, and corners of Hive. A month into the journey I can say that Hive is both bigger and smaller than I thought. Similar faces show up again and again.
Unique content is somewhat rarer than I had anticipated. What I mean by that is someone sitting down and articulating their thoughts or opinions about life outside the chain, in a post that isn't driven by an event, or contest, challenge etc. That isn't to denigrate those things - but self-actualized , self-motivated content can often rise to a higher level. (Something to thing through more)
