I'm curious to see the general and media response to Trump's Executive Orders. Parsing them last night, the flurry or concentration of Executive Orders seems likely calculated to make them more difficult to challenge in Federal Courts.

Concerning the Southern Border, President Trump invoked the National Emergencies Act, and we should see a filing in the Federal Register this week. A National Emergency Declaration has a certain form. Once declared, a National Emergency can either be suspended by a subsequent declaration from the President or both chambers of Congress can pass a Joint Resolution declaring the emergency over.
