The Russian governments are happy to bake any shit that could please Mr. Putin, no matter what a bullshit this shit is. Because first, if they stop baking their shit, everybody will see how stupid and useless those well-paid gov monkeys actually are. And second, if any of this shit would quite by chance be noticed and favored by Mr. Putin, its authors will have a good opportunity to get promotions and other bonuses. The guys have found a new hype and are trying to improve their careers with it.
