Finally I'm here… I'm glad to have begun exploring here on Hive. My name is Ebikake Justin Zidideke, a 25 year old Nigerian singer, guitarist, trainee keyboardist, crypto enthusiast and student engineer... I've know about Hive for some time but haven't really had the opportunity to make it work though it is my intention to change that and so here I am.
I've been busy with school mostly where I'm studying civil structural engineering and also preform live while playing my guitar mostly from time to time.
HOW I GOT HERE
My journey to hive began on steemit where I enjoyed socializing through communities and winning contests like @luzcypher 's openmic a couple of times before the big plunge. I confess I always feel a bit nervy whenever I put up a music post because I know that there are a lot of brilliant musicians out there and as much as music as an art is about expressing yourself, I think its however important that one delivers their best in respect for the worldwide music community as often they possibly can... cheesy, but it is what it is.
A deeply satisfying moment of my time on the steemit openmic show was when I won the contest for the first time... I went hysterical...
waking up to this made my day and frankly was a highlight for quite some time.
I went on to win the contest two more times and place on a few more occasions which drove me start recording some music and doing some gigs even in my city's annual music award show.
I was introduced to steemit by my childhood friend @ebingo and his brother
@belemo who got on board with Hive almost as soon as it kicked off.
WHAT NOW?
It seems to me that there are a lot more opportunities lying here on hive and I intent to explore them as much as possible.
I'll be utilizing @hiveopenmic
@stemsocial P2E games, more music communities and maybe a little writing on the side.
CONCLUSION
There's quite some things that I'm unclear with right now though, but I believe I've taken the first step by being here
I am Zidideke Ebikake and this is my introduction post,
