The Bally Park with its beautiful Aare landscape, in English style with miniaturized pile dwellings house is a unique beautiful example park in Europe, definitely worth a trip.
On the top floor from this house villa there were rooms for 50 workers and on the second floor the employees were allowed to eat and drink for 50 centimes. On the first floor was the workers' dining room for only 25 centimes on this time 1851 when Carl Franz founded the big Bally shoe factory dynastie in Schönenwerd-Switzerland.
