I hope you are all well and have a beautiful day. The Danish capital Copenhagen is the ideal destination for a short city trip. What excited me the most are the colorful houses, the transport possibilities especially with the bicycle as well as the excellent wide bike paths and the fascinating blue water ribbon, through the harbor and the canals around the city center, and not only. Amazing!
There are several quiet oases in Copenhagen, all of which are perfect for a short break, certainly also with wonderful shadows possibilities like here, nearby we saw this car was also a bank where we enjoyed a break and loaded our batteries up for the journey ahead.
This car looks even more beautiful with shadow.
I was very impressed coincidentally to see the Queen Margrethe II of Denmark. Queen Margrethe was born in Copenhagen on 16 April 1940. Her parents are King Frederik IX of Denmark and Queen Ingrid of Sweden. I was very lucky that we became a part of such a significant event!
My entry for the OCD Community Boost Contest #8: Highlighting Shadow Hunters
As it goes around shadow, I continue in the second part with the wonderful Malta is located on a peninsula overlooking the harbors and bays on both sides, Valletta has replaced the city of Mdina as the capital. It was certainly a hot summer day with many shadow opportunities which also led me to take a few photos.
Here again the same wonderful lamp in real form in St. George's Square the central square of Valletta an spacious historical square in the center of the city center.
Already during a walk along the harbor becomes visible that beautiful old architecture, small streets and pretty churches.
With turquoise sea, fine food and great people, the small Mediterranean island is a real beauty with exciting places to visit and much to see and here the statue in really form.
Have a great Day!
