Yesterday we had a midterm election here in the Philippines. It is summer now here so you can tell by the photos how hot it was out there.
My son woke up early in the morning to vote because he already anticipates the summer heat and hundreds of voters. I wish I went with him so I could have avoided the scene I show on my photos.

The queue getting longer and slower as the multitude of voters arrive. It took me hours searching for my assigned precinct to vote plus the wait time. Very frustrating but I was happy to see that senior citizens were given preferential treatment thereby cutting their wait time and the struggle of enduring the heat. It was not a good experience for me but I was happy it's over now and I was able to vote.
