My word for this year seems to be SPIRAL. At the beginning of the year I was 'prompted' to make a spiral arrangement. I've been working on the one spiral just about every day now. Sometimes just for a few minutes off and on and sometimes for an entire day. It's become like my daily 'meditation.' With no thoughts, I just move the elements around to slowly perfect the spiralling form.

FREE is also a meaningful word for me. To have the freedom to see beyond all we are seeing on the earth plain that's playing out right now. Maybe I'll combine FREE with SPIRAL and be SPIRALLING-FREE.
