No holding or maintenance fee on BTC.
You can't sleep or share moment inside a bitcoin.
It's all about point of view, if we already have an house and want to put money invested for long time with no need of it, I prefer bitcoin.
A house, have always trouble to fix, tax to pay, and if you want to move quickly you can't take it with you.
