That would be amazing. Niagara Falls is supposed to be spectacular and I would love to go there myself. Money is the issue for me too. Kashmir sounds exotic too, I would imagine it would be a nice spot to tray many different foods and spices. It seems to be like it would be a colourful and exciting place. Let's hope we are one day able to travel to these places.
