is there any specified kind of limit, or date that people think the Steem blockchain will reach its limit, using the Optane architecture? what is it at now?

I've used dlive numerous times successfully, but not recently, so I can't speak to how it's running now... I also happen to think they made good decisions to stop relying on steem/ipfs, but only time will
