I like it. I think there are a few things that need to be ironed out regarding security of our accounts and the final numbers with regards to tax rates... but I think this is a huge incentive to be a long term hodler as well as a huge incentive to power up even if you aren't sure where you want your funds to be. The 13 week lockup keeps people from becoming fully involved in this blockchain and that could change with this implemented.
