I would love it if this became a thing. Buying/selling crypto under the table is how I would like to do it. I used to buy steem (pre-fork) from a guy who has since left the (hive) platform w/o escrow... (we kinda knew each other). It was a very nice way to transact... the way it should be without any central BS. Yes, premiums should be a thing... but that is all part of the negotiation. Hopefully this becomes a thing, since the local bitcoin sites all went KYC, there is no real street level ramp in or out.
